Return Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be: ✅ Unused and in original condition ✅ In original packaging with all tags attached ✅ Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned: ❌ Opened or used beauty products ❌ Items marked as final sale ❌ Gift cards
Return Process:

- Include your order number and reason for return
- We will provide return instructions within 24 hours
- Ship the item back to us at the address provided
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges: If you received a defective or damaged item we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item.
Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
